TERMS: All Cape Self Storage reserves the right to 1) bid at the public auction; 2) refuse any/all bids; 3) cancel the auction at any time for any reason; 4) payment by cash, money order or cashier checks only 5) the entire contents to be auctioned and items must be removed within 24 hrs.
