In order to submit a Legal Notice through our online submission process fill out the fields listed below. There is a $50 fee per location for every notice that is submitted. This fee is separate from any auction fees charged and is not refundable if your auction is cancelled. If you need to make changes to the original notice sent you will be charged an admin fee of $25.
The notice must be submitted in its entirety in order to be posted. Once your notice is submitted to Storage Auction Solutions we will post it to our website within two business days of submission or on the submission date you choose. If we have any questions with your notice we will contact you via email or by phone. This may result in delays to your notice being published.
