Auction of Tenants Personal Property

In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 105A, Section 4;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person herein after named and to whom it may concern that the contents of the leased space are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to the leased space.

You may redeem such goods on or before Wednesday, May 14, 2025 @ 10:00AM. The items you have stored after this time will be sold at auction. The sale will take place at All Cape Self Storage, 297 Great Western Rd., South Dennis, MA 02660,Tel No. (508) 398-3090.

TERMS: All Cape Self Storage reserves the right to 1) bid at the public auction; 2) refuse any/all bids; 3) cancel the auction at any time for any reason; 4) payment by cash, money order or cashier checks only 5) the entire contents to be auctioned and items must be removed within 24 hrs.
