Auction of Tenants Personal Property

In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts MGL Chapter §105A-1 et seq:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person here-in after named and to whom it may concern that the contents of the leased space are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to the Leased Space and may redeem such goods on or before Monday, August 17, 2026 @ 10:00 A.M.

The items you have stored after this time will be sold at auction. The sale will take place at All Cape Self Storage, 297 Great Western Rd., South Dennis, MA 02660, Tel. No: (508) 398-3090
