Auction of Tenant’s Personal Property
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 105A, Section 4;
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person here-in after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.
You can redeem such goods on or before 10:00 AM, Tuesday March 31st at the premises of SOUTHWICK SELF STORAGE, 320 College Highway, Southwick, Mass. (Rt. 10/202).
SOUTHWICK SELF STORAGE will sell at Public Auction all the personal property stored in its facility, by:
Patrick Madrid in Unit #309, consisting of furniture and household items
Tracy Flarida in Unit #312, consisting of furniture and household items
Anthony Rhodes in Unit #318, consisting of furniture and household items
Armani George in Unit #IR7, consisting of a camping trailer
Southwick Self Storage reserves the right: (1) to bid at public auction; (2) to refuse any/all bids; (3) to cancel the auction at any time for any reason.
