Self storage facility Auction Sale
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 105A, Section 4. Self Storage facilities
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the persons hereinafter named and to all whom it may concern.
The contents of leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other related
charges. You can redeem such goods by making full payment on or before 9:30AM Monday, December
22nd, 2025. After this time, the goods you have stored will be sold at public auction at 466 Sutton
St, N. Andover, MA 01845 Monday, December 22nd at 10AM.
The facility and/or auctioneer reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason.
Upon completion of the auction, all goods must be removed from the property within 48 hours.
Payment terms are cash.
