This sale is being held in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 105A.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person(s) herein after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of the below-listed leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and all other charges. You are denied access to that unit.
You can redeem such goods on or before Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The contents you have stored after this time will be sold at Public Auction to the highest bidder. The Facility/Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time and for any reason.
