Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 105A, Section 4;
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person here-in after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.
You can redeem such goods on or before 1:00 pm on 8/18/26. The goods you have stored after this time will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. The sale will take place at E-Z Storage Inc. 920 Memorial Avenue, West Springfield Ma 01089, 413-732-5926, on 8/18/26 at 1:00 pm.
All units contain household goods except where noted.
