Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property
Notice is hereby given that CENTRAL MA SELF STORAGE LLC, 390 Stetson Rd, Barre, MA 01005, in accordance with Massachusetts G.L. Ch. 105A, Section 4, in order to satisfy its lien on personal property stored within an occupied storage space for non-payment of storage charges and other expenses, will sell the contents of the storage space occupied by the following person(s) through an ON-LINE AUCTION through the public website, Storage Treasures (www.storagetreasures.com)
Matthew N. Gilmore — UNIT A18
Lisa A. Holst — UNIT A31
Christopher P. Jordan — UNIT A4
James S. Montague Jr. – UNIT B25
The personal property will be sold to the highest bidder, commencing at Thursday, June 4th, 2026 at 7:00 PM. If the property shows no value at the conclusion of the auction, the property will be otherwise disposed of.
Terms: (1) Unit(s) will be available for viewing on www.storagetreasures.com for several days prior to the sale. (2) Payment is to be made by cash only; (3) Unit(s) is sold entirely and must be cleaned out within 72 hours of the end of the auction.; (4) The winning bidder MUST contact the storage facility immediately when the auction ends, to schedule an appointment with the Manager to pay for and pick up the unit. As the Manager must be present to collect payment and release the unit, the pick-up date might not be on the day of the sale. Bidder should be flexible with pick up arrangements. (5) Seller reserves the right to withdraw the property at any time before the sale or to refuse any and all bids.; (6) The facility/auctioneer reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason. (7) All sales final.
