General Terms:

• One Legal Notice advertisement required per physical location
• Your Legal Notice ad needs to be sent to SAS no later than 20 days prior to actual auction date.
• All notices need to be submitted through our online submission page or sent via email to paul@storageauctionsolutions.com
• All notices sent by email must be sent in the actual email or an attached Word document.
• No other form of submission allowed, i.e., faxing, PDF files etc.
• Notice will be posted and run thru to the auction date.
• Fee for each submission for Legal Notice advertising is $60.00

When your Legal Notice is submitted through our online submission option:

If you choose the option to pay now by credit card:

• We thank you for your payment and will notify you via email once your notice is published. Also attached to that email will be a receipt of your payment.

If you chose to be billed:

• We will notify you via email once your Legal Notice is published. We will also attach an invoice for payment. Payment is due upon receipt before your auction date.

When your notice is submitted via email:

• Once we receive your Legal Notice and it is published, we will confirm your order by:

Changes to Notice or Rescheduling of Auction Date

• Legal Notices will be published exactly as supplied to us by customer, SAS will not edit or change wording of notice, SAS does not take responsibility for any mistakes or misrepresentation that may be in the notice supplied.
• Once Legal Notice is posted on our website, any changes or additions may result in an admin fee of $25.
• If auction is rescheduled, a new Legal Notice must be submitted at an additional $50 fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Once Legal Notice is posted there is no refund of fee.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person herein after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.

You can redeem such goods on or before (time and date of the auction). The goods you have stored after this time will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. The sale will take place at:
