If you plan to attend a LIVE auction follow the guidelines listed below:
- Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the auction
- All potential buyers must sign in and register at the auction prior to bidding
- Bring a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID with you in order to register
- You must be 18 years or older to bid at any auction
- You must have the funds on your person in order to bid
- All bidders must be present when the auctioneer reads the terms and conditions of sale in order to bid
- Bring a flashlight and lock to secure your unit if you plan to purchase
If you are the winning bidder of a LIVE auction you are responsible to pay the following in CASH only:
- The amount paid in full for the unit
- 15% service fee paid to the auctioneer
- Sales tax, if applicable in the state of purchase
- $100 security deposit (This amount will be refunded once the unit is completely cleaned out and all of the terms and conditions have been met)
Note: For buyers who plan to resell merchandise, bring an up to date tax exempt resale certificate

If you plan to bid on an ONLINE auction:
- We have partnered with a national online auction company to give our buyers and sellers expanded national coverage
- All online bidders must register on our website to create your own unique account
- Bidders have flexibility to make a bid and place a MAX bid from anyplace at any time until the close of the auction
- All winning bidders receive an email to congratulate them on their winning bid and contact info for the seller
- If you are the winning bidder your credit card will be charged a 10% service fee payable to a national online auction company
- You will contact the seller directly to make payment of the unit and arrangements to remove your winning goods
