Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 105A;
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person herein after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased unit are subject to our lien for default of the provisions of the Occupancy Agreement and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.
You can redeem such goods before 12:00 PM on 17th of March 2026 with a one-hour notice to Landlord. The goods you have stored after this time will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. The auction is online at StorageTeasures.com will take place on 12:00 PM on 17th of March 2026. The facility/auctioneer reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason.
