Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property
In accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 105A Section 4, Enforcement of the Self-Storage Facilities Owner’s Lien;
An auction will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday May 21, 2026 at the premises of Valtran, at their yard next to 181 S. Main Street, Assonet MA 508-991-6868 all the personal property stored at its facility by:
Michael Vayl – 20’ – VALU2003621 – Chairs, golf clubs, multiple boxes and totes.
Savory Memories – 20’ – VALU2007205 – Wood, paint, lights, pictures, frames, and other multiple boxes.
Paul Texeira – 20’ – VALU2003452 – Chairs and other furniture, boxes, containers, small bicycle, vacuum, bags, and other household items.
Renee Jewel – 20’ – TRDU7640112 – Furniture, pictures, mattress, shelving, lamps, record player, other household items and miscellaneous items.
Storage Auction Solutions as Agent for Valtran. Valtran reserves the right: To bid at the public auction, to refuse any/all bids, and to cancel the auction at any time for any reason. Minimum bid will be required on all auctioned containers.
