Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property

In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 105A, Section 4;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person here-in after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.

On or after March 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., Secure Storage, 28 Commerce Park Rd. Brewster, MA will hold a public sale by competitive bidding. The following property will be sold including, but not limited to, all household furniture, tools, appliances and miscellaneous items held in the accounts of:

Terms: Cash. Units sold by the entirety. Buyer is responsible for emptying unit within 24 hours of sale. A $100 refundable cash deposit per unit is required of successful bidders. Sale is subject to postponement and/or cancellation.
