Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property

In accordance with the provisions of CHAPTER 743, Sec. 42-159, CONNECTICUT SELF-SERVICE STORAGE FACILITIES;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person here-in after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.

You can redeem such goods on or before 12 noon on 08/21/2026 at Portland Cobalt Self-Storage, 1633 Portland Cobalt Rd., Portland, CT 06480. The goods you have stored after this time will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. The auction will run several days before and up to the date of the auction on 12 noon on 08/21/2026 and will be held ONLINE at www.storagetreasures.com.

All units have house-hold goods and miscellaneous tools.
