In accordance with the provisions of MGL, Chapter 105A, section 4, for the satisfaction of the facility operators lien;

The following property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder or otherwise disposed of at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 11, 2026, on the premises of North Shore Mini Storage of Essex, 73 Eastern Avenue, Essex Massachusetts 01929. You are denied access to that unit. Notice has been given to the owner of said property and all parties known to claim an interest therein.

Units may consist of all household furniture, books, tools, clothes, appliances, antiques, bric-a-brac and other miscellaneous items held for accounts of;
