Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property

In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 105A, Section 4;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person here-in after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.

You can redeem such goods on or before WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2026 @ 10:00 A.M. The sale will take place at 20 High Street, Plainville, MA 02762, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2026 @ 10:00 A.M.

The name of the lessee(s), and charges due (make sure all fees are included):

● Caroline Connaughton: 8×20’ Portable storage unit with household goods
● CP’s Woodfired Pizza: 8×20’ Portable storage unit with restaurant items including pizza oven.

The facility/auctioneer reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason.
