Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property

In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 105A, Section 4

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person here-in after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.

You can redeem such goods on or before 10:30 AM on May 18, 2026 at 27b Hayward Street, Ipswich, MA 01938 (978-356-0056) the goods you have stored after this time will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. The auction will run several days before and up to the 10:30 AM on May 18, 2026 and will be held ONLINE at www.StorageTreasures.com.
