Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property

In accordance with provisions of Mass General Law Chapter 105-A;

Notice is hereby given that, to satisfy past due rents and fees owed, the contents of leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.

Hyannis Sun Self Storage will hold Public Auction of delinquent storage unit(s) on September 18,2026 at 9:30 a.m. at 270 Communication Way, Unit 7, Hyannis, MA 02601 and 88 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, MA 02601. Household furniture, tools, clothing, and other miscellaneous items are held.

Conditions: All units will be sold in their entirety to the highest bidder. Buyers are responsible for removing entire contents by the end of the day of auction. A $100.00 refundable cash deposit per unit is required of successful bidders. All accepted bids are payable by CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK and or MONEY ORDER. Availability will be subject to prior settlements.
