In accordance with provisions of Mass General Law Chapter 105-A, Hyannis Sun Self Storage will hold Public Auction of delinquent storage unit(s) on October 17,2025, at 9:30 a.m. at 270 Communication Way, Unit 7, Hyannis, MA 02601 and 88 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, MA 02601. Household furniture, tools, clothing, and other miscellaneous items are held.

A $100.00 refundable cash deposit per unit is required of successful bidders. All accepted bids are payable by CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK and or MONEY ORDER. Availability will be subject to prior settlements.
