Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property

In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 105A, Section 4;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person here-in after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased units are subject to lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.

You can redeem such goods on or before 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 71 Union Street, Westfield, MA 01085, 413-562-4000. The goods you have stored after this time will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. The auction will run several days before and up to 9:00 a.m. on Monday August 17, 2026, and will be held ONLINE at www.StorageTreasures.com.
