East Longmeadow Self Storage Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property

In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 105A

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person herein after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased units are subject to our lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.

You can redeem such goods on or before Tuesday December 9, 2025 at 12:00PM. The goods you have stored after this time will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. The sale will take place online at SelfStorageAuction.com
The goods can be picked up at
East Longmeadow Self Storage, 91 Industrial Drive, East Longmeadow, MA. 01028, within 48 hours of the auction closing. The facility/auctioneer reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason.

Seneida Torres, in unit 602 owes $500.00 in back rent and delinquent fees. The Unit contains electric hot plates, shop vacuum, tools, bins, kids bikes, tent, cleaning supplies, boxes, clothing and other miscellaneous items.
