Auction of Tenants’ Personal Property

In accordance with the provisions of: New Hampshire: RSA451-C, 311-B, 358-A&G, 444:1, & Uniform Commercial Code.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the person here-in after named and to all whom it may concern. The contents of leased units are subject to our lien process for non-payment of rent and other charges. You are denied access to that unit.

You can redeem such goods on or before 10:00 am on September 25, 2026. The goods you have stored after this time will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. The sale will take place at: 7 Able Street, Hudson, NH 03051 (603) 882-2617, on September 25, 2026. The facility owner/auctioneer reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason.
